Probably a couple of hundred lustrous bournonite crystals are closely packed on most of this bed of tiny prismatic quartz crystals. A few balls of creamy calcite are here and there o nthe piece, as well. A few bruises but most of the crystals are fine. Looks great! Paul Lortie specimen.

This specimen is composed of very sharp gunmetal-grey tetrahedrite crystals with pure-white calcite. The tetrahedrites are very sharp and shoe the tetrahedron modified by the tritetrahedron. The calcite is present as one 29mm long scalenohedron coated by smaller white, rounded calcite crystals. There are also small mounds of the smaller crystals scattered around the specimen. Good looking piece that shows well.

Tetrahedrite crystals totally cover the top of this matrix of chalcopyrite and pyrite. The tetrahedrite shows vicinal facescomposed of tri-tetrahedral faces and the crystals are SO lustrous, it makes it very difficult to capture them in a photo. These are very nice crystals!

A nice specimen of bright, dark metallic tetrahedrite encrusted with small crystals of shiny golden chalcopyrite. A very good locality piece!
