THIS is an interesting specimen! It shows two large, complex sphalerite crystals that are partially covered with 2-4mm, golden tetrahedral crystals of chalcopyrite. Of note, though, is that the chalcopyrite is oriented or epitactixially oriented on the sphalerite, so that the chalcopyrite crystals all flash at the same time because they are all oriented in the same way. I've tried to show this in one of the photos. The matrix is a thin plate of cherty limestone with the two large crystals on it and smaller sphalerite, chalcopyrite and dolomite crystals in between and around. Attractive and excellent specimen!
